If you are local and do not wish to pay shipping (ie you can pick up from us) also contact us via email.

If you receive damaged physical goods, contact us at email@example.com with details of the damage, a photograph of the damage (if possible) and whether you are local or require postage. If these things are provided, we're happy to exchange any goods that are damaged in transit.
